Synopsis

CERTIFIED LABVIEW PROGRAMMER FOR HYDROSPACE LAB

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Davis Systems for modifications to the Hydrospace Lab LabView setup. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: Davis Systems is the only vendor who has an in-depth understanding of the Diving & Life Support Hydrospace Lab systems and testing LabView configurations that are utilized at the Hydrospace Laboratory. If another vendor were to be selected, they would be required to learn the process and requirements of the systems that LabView is integrated into, resulting in unacceptable project delay and Hydrospace Lab inaccessibility to the Navy.
