Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT)
The selected implementation partner will support NAIT in the successful implementation of the CRM system Slate by Technolutions, for Admissions and Student Success. The scope includes planning, requirements validation, system configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, change management, and post-implementation support.
The partner is expected to:
•
Deliver the solution in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix C – Requirements.
•
Provide project management, communication, and documentation throughout the engagement.
•
Ensure integration with NAIT Student Information System (SIS) PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, authentication systems, and other enterprise applications.
•
Facilitate training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
•
Provide post-go-live hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
•
After the Go-Live and warranty period, the partner must be able to provide support services if activated by NAIT. These services must include
