The project is generally described as the renovation of the VDOT Emporia AHQ. This includes the replacement of the roof and enlarging the openings to the vehicle parking. This will require some structural modifications identified in the contract documents. Some renovation within the interior bays are included in the scope. Bid Additive Iten #1 is to provide new gutters and downspouts, including flashing and trim, and to relocate the existing light fixtures.
