The Province invites formal written proposals for the utility groundwork required for installation of new buildings and infrastructure at Leismer Fire Base. The groundwork includes wastewater collection system, electrical, supply water and gas. The groundwork must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by December 19th, 2025.
