Description

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) located in Tulsa, Okla will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24W25Q0357 to procure Transport Defibrillators = Zoll X-series
Crash Cart Defibrillators = Zoll R-Series and Automated External Defibrillators = Zoll AED 3. This firm-fixed price RFQ will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition
Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 334510.

RFQ will be posted by 09/04/2025.

The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and
transportation required to provide semi-annual window washing services in accordance with the
Statement of Work.

This is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) ONLY.
