Sidney Street School- Boiler Replacement (Extension)

This is an extension of CSD-SID-260205. The Chinook School Division (the Owner), seeks bids to perform work to replace the existing hot water boilers and related equipment at Sidney Street School in Maple Creek Sk, for a stipulated price. The bid shall also include an alternate price to replace the existing air handling unit and associated return air fan. The project must be substantially completed by August 28th, 2026.

Bids are to be submitted electronically or in person before 2 p.m. on March 5th, 2026. Any bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened.

Bids shall be emailed to the consultant at hda@hdaeng.com or delivered in person to 2334 8th avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque for 10% of the bid.

A site walk through is scheduled for Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Sidney Street School. Sidney Street School is located at 306 – Sidney Street in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. Contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. of their intention to attend, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified.
