Synopsis:

|
SRC requires the supply of one (1) Rotary Kiln for the production of rare earth fluorides at a pilot scale. The lessons learned from this pilot may be used in conjunction with the Rare Earth Elements Processing Facility (REPF) plant in Saskatoon.

For SRC’s Rare Earth Thermal Processing (Inert / Vacuum), the intent of this RFQ is to solicit proposals for the design, supply, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a pilot-scale indirectly heated rotary kiln system suitable for thermal processing of rare earth materials under inert atmospheres.
The equipment must be suitable for oxygen/moisture-sensitive materials and designed to minimize contamination. Materials are NOT combustible or flammable upon contact with oxygen or moisture.
