Title: Predictive Maintenance Services 2026-2029

Under the terms of this bid, the bidder shall be capable of providing predictive maintenance services to be performed at the Easterly, Southerly, and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and certain outlying Pump Station facilities. The predictive maintenance services are designed to provide as requested diagnostic evaluation of equipment condition in order to optimize maintenance and asset life by identifying equipment wear, imbalance, looseness, leaks, heat buildup/loss, etc. to focus repairs and corrective measures in advance of unplanned breakdowns. The predictive maintenance services will include Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermal Imaging, Static Motor Winding Testing, and Dynamic Motor Performance Testing. The District’s Predictive Maintenance Services Contract will provide the required hardware, software, and services to allow data collection, monitoring, testing, and analysis/reporting of rotating equipment.
Non-mandatory pre-bid site inspections are to be scheduled with the facility representative identified in the Detailed Specifications (DS-5) on the following dates: October 16th, 17th, and 20th 2025. Site inspections are to be completed by 2:00 pm on Monday, October 20th, 2025.
This contract includes estimates needed for a three (3) year period or until funds are appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first.
