Description
Electronic responses will be received from qualified contractors through the City of Savannah Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Only electronic responses will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401.
A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Floyd Adams Complex (Room 104), 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA 31415 to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise. You are invited to attend.
Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
