26 AUGUST 2025 3:37 PM UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation end date from 28 August 2025 at 3:00PM local time to 4 September 2025 at 3:00PM. The Request for Information (RFI) submission date will NOT be extended. There are no other changes to this solicitation. The answers to RFIs are posted along with this amendment.

18 AUGUST 2025 9:02AM UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Wage Determination MI20250105 from the 1 August 2025 determination to the 8 August 2025 determination. Additionally, this amendment clarifies the due date for all questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) is NOT LATER THAN the fifth (5th) working day prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 00 21 00, paragraph 4.6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

15 AUGUST 2025 11:18AM UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to remove Building 207 from sheet MS107 of the Site Plan included in the drawings (TDVG 142915 - Alpena Troop Qtrs Drawings_100Percent Amended 08.03.2025). This building is already precluded from the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Specifications and the amended drawings will now be TDVG 142915 - Alpena Troop Qtrs Drawings_100Percent Amended 08.13.2025. These changes are in accordance with FAR 52.243-4 Changes and there are no other changes to the solicitation.

07 AUGUST 2025 3:00PM UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the bid submission procedures from electronic bids to hand-carried/mailed bids (see section 00 21 00 for all instructions, conditions, and notices to offers) and update the Wage Determination. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

05 AUGUST 2025 5:15PM UPDATE - AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to remove serial numbers on sheets MH701 and MH702 of the drawings TDVG 142915 - Alpena Troop Qtrs Drawings_100Percent_Amended 08.03.2025. There are no other changes to this solicitation and these changes are in accordance with FAR 52.243-4 Changes. OFFERORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENTS WITH BID PACKAGE.

The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair of the Troop Quarters HVAC Mechanical System at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) looked in Alpena Michigan.

The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
