SUPPLIER SUBMITTING BID MUST BE ACTIVE ON A CSP900922 CONTRACT (DAS Index No. MAC110) AND MEET ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN EVAULATION AND AWARD.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bids for plugging orphan wells in Carroll County. Contractor must attend the pre-bid meeting as noted below. Please review all requirements below and attachments related to sourcing event.

Division Project Name : ODNR, Division of Oil & Gas – OWP – Carroll County #7 - 4 Wells

Project Scope of Work:
This project includes mobilization, access and well site development, drilling or cleaning out of and plugging of four (4) Orphan Well(s), storage and disposal of all materials generated during the plugging of the wells, decommissioning, removal, storage and disposal of all casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines and restoration of all areas disturbed during this project.

Location: Site meeting beginning at the driveway (Alfred D. & Orah A. Toalston #1, GPS 40.658809, -80.965488)
Date: Thursday, May 8th 2025 @ 1 PM

Evaluation & Contract: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State active on a CSP900922 contract. Supplier must have completed the required pre-bid meeting and be in good standings with all other Division and Agency Projects.
