Contractor shall provide Boiler Plant Maintenance supporting VA Northern California Health Care System in accordance with the performance work statement.

Period of Performance:

Base Year: 2/1/2026 – 1/31/2027

Option Year 1: 2/1/2027 – 1/31/2028

Option Year 2: 2/1/2028 – 1/31/2029

Option Year 3: 2/1/2029 – 1/31/2030

Option Year 4: 2/1/2030 – 1/31/2031
