The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to update the Site Visit Information to add approximately 1 hour to the site visit and other information.

The site visit is hereby scheduled to the following:

SITE VISIT:
It is strongly suggested and expected that the offeror inspect the campuses to be serviced to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case shall failure to inspect the campus constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit is not a requirement to offer a quote. The Government has allocated the following Date/Times for site visits. All prospective quoters shall check in with Police Services to obtain a visitor s badge. All prospective quoters shall follow Covid Protocols as directed by VA / CDC guidance. All times below are EST.

All Visitors Must check in with Police Services Building 127
After Checked in With Police Services please go to Building 408, Room 208B to meet with Site POC, Will Large. All companies shall sign-in for this site visit upon reaching Building 408.
All participants shall arrive at building 408, room 208B by 10:00 AM EST as the tour will commence at 10:10 AM EST. Any participants that arrive after the tour has started may not be accepted.
