Public Safety Energy Improvements
Description: The City of Cleveland is seeking qualifications for the design and implementation of facility resiliency and energy efficiency improvements on a budget-neutral, performance-contracting basis, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 717.02. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a single qualified provider to implement a guaranteed energy savings performance contract for select City of Cleveland facilities. The project scope includes Public Safety facilities and sites, specifically the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Police Districts.
