Project Description: The purpose of this request is to solicit proposals for the implementation of a system to establish, track, charge, and collect fees incurred by aircraft for landing and taking off at the Spanish Fork Airport. It is anticipated that this system will be hosted and maintained by the Consultant for the life of the contract.
