The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is requesting proposals from qualified construction management and construction inspection firms to oversee the design-build, structural, and building stabilization of 710 N Homewood Avenue, 7 th Ward in the City of Pittsburgh, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The design-build, structural and building stabilization includes design and engineering services, permitting, extensive repair work, selective demolition and reconstruction of masonry wall, roofing, reinforcement of structural members, joist replacement and anchoring, and other necessary repairs to address water penetration, rot, mold remediation, and structural instability.
