Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 14th day of November 2024 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

1. West Lafayette Campus – AddressPro Lighting Control Replacement – 2024

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact diskor download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on October 25, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room 1001 of Jischke Hall (MJIS), located at 206 S. Martin Jischke Dr., West Lafayette, IN. Following this meeting, we will visit Math Sciences (MATH) and Lawson Computer Science Building (LWSN). MATH is located at 150 N. University St., West Lafayette, IN, please meet in Room 175. LWSN is located at 350 N. University St., West Lafayette, IN, please meet in Room 1142.
