NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Salem State University
Salem State University (Awarding Authority) is inviting electronic proposals for
project SSU 2026-02 Stanley Server Room AC and Humidification Project.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A (2) (B) and to minimum wage rates as
required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents shall be available online at
www.Projectdog.com, Project Code 874743. Documents are made available to all
bidders in electronic form at no cost. Bidders desiring hard copies of the Drawings
and Specifications shall be solely responsible for all costs related to printing and
shipping hard copy documents. Neither Owner nor Architect/Engineer shall be
responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any,
obtained from sources other than Projectdog, Inc.
This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online
at www.Projectdog.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding

General bids due: 1:00pm on Monday June 8, 2026.
General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%)
of the bid amount.
