The Indian Health Service (IHS) has awarded a sole source modification to UpToDate, Inc., under existing Contract No.75H70522P00055. IAW with Executive Orders 14240, 14271, 14275, which directly supports Executive Order Contract Reduction Initiative. The purpose of this modification is to add additional IHS Area Office sites to an existing contract, within the general scope of the existing contract and is necessary to ensure uninterrupted performance of essential health services in support of IHS mission objectives. The modification must be executed with the incumbent contractor to maintain system continuity and prevent mission disruption. The incumbent operates the integrated infrastructure, holds proprietary data rights, and maintains specialized technical certifications necessary for compliance with HHS and IHS security frameworks.
This notice of intent is not a solicitation or a request for quote.
Any offerors believing they can provide the requirement as outlined above may provide evidence for consideration. Evidence must support the offeror's claim they can meet all requirements listed above. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
