ADDENDUM NO. 1

January 9, 2026

This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding

Documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure

to do so may subject the Bidder to disqualification. The following modifications are being made as

described herein:

I. SPECIFICATIONS

Full exterior containment, which is specified in Specification Item 1.1, will not be

required. The contractor will be required to work in such a way as to not impact any of

the surrounding property or buildings with the exterior preparation or painting work.

Please acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting any revised pages into the contract

documents and indicating the Addendum No. and date on the Bid.
