Description
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Cap Index, Inc, 64 E. Uwchlan Avenue, Suite 520, Exton, PA 19341, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to Cap Index, Inc to provide CRIMECAST Premium Reports with address-specific crime risk data using the proprietary CAP Index Scoring System. These scores provide a relative measure of the likelihood that crime and loss will occur at a given address within the United States. The crime report will include:

Risk intelligence information

Detailed, color-coded map(s) that depict crime risks surrounding our USAOs locations

Risk data for each of the major crimes against persons and property
-
Crime risk scores (past, current, future), to include determining that the risk is categorized as “low risk, moderate risk, elevated risk, high risk, severe risk”.

Data at the local, State, Regional, and National levels

Within 4-blocks of the address of the USAO, 1-mile, 3-mile, and/or 6-mile methodology tailored to criminal activities that include street gangs, outlaw motorcycle gangs, prison gangs, to include Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, Organized Crime Drug enterprises, and all other criminal enterprises.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Bryant Gilbertson, Contracting Officer, at bryant.gilbertson@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
