Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ supply contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Pre-Filled Syringes and Bags for the Pharmacy Department at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
