DOH57854 -Annual Maintenance and Support Agreement for the ODH Human Resources (HR) Mobile Application.

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) seeks a long-term contract for Annual Support and Maintenance for the ODH Human Resources Mobile Application. A multilevel agreement is needed to ensure exceptional service, combining existing support with software upgrade, enhancement, and custom development services.

The HR Mobile application provides ODH staff with access to the Android version of the HR mobile application to the Android App Store environment, and the Apple version of the HR mobile application to the Apple App Store environment.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000030854.  Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ ODH RFP #SRC0000057854/DOH57822 - Technical Proposa l” and " ODH RFP #SRC0000057854/DOH57822 - Cost Proposa l” as appropriate.
