Details
Oregon State University (OSU) intends to contract with Tetra Tech Inc. for design services related to the Cant Ranch River Restoration project as a sole source. Tetra Tech, Inc. is exclusively qualified to provide the required services due to their unique knowledge of the project site conditions, project partners and specific technical expertise related to the development of hydrologic and 2-dimensional hydraulic models, topographic site-specific surveys, and river restoration options specific to the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument reach of the John Day River.
An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
