Woodlands County is inviting Proponents with demonstrated experience in fuel system installation, commissioning, and operation to submit a proposal to: 1. Supply and install a complete fuel dispensing infrastructure system capable of dispensing both 100 LL and Jet A fuel types; 2. Supply aviation fuels; and 3. Operate and maintain the fuel system for a determinate period, which will be negotiated with the successful proponent. The fuel system shall be installed and operated in compliance with CSA B836-14 – Storage, handling, and dispensing of aviation fuels.
Question Submission Details
Proponents are encouraged to visit the airport and inspect the proposed site location including the electrical feed in advance of their bid submission. Inspections are by appointment only and must be completed no later than three (3) days prior to the closing date of this RFP. To make an appointment, proponents are to contact the Airport Manager:
