- Summary:The Work consists of removal of the existing standing seam retrofit roof installation and underlying built-up roof assembly and replacement with a conventional low slope EPDM fully adhered roof system at Baker Elementary School, 6651 Willson Road, Henrico, Virginia 23231, approximately 20,019 square feet. Replacement will include new insulation and a fully adhered 60 Mil EPDM single ply membrane roof installation with all accessories and components required to provide a complete roof assembly. New exterior gutters with downspouts and metal fascia wall panel installations will also be included as indicated in the Contract Documents.
