RFP 2025-064 - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES

A MANDATORY pre-proposal site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Local Prevailing Time at the Calvert County Detention Center, 325 Stafford Road, Barstow, Maryland 20610. All interested contractors shall attend to be considered. It shall be the responsibility of all Contractors to familiarize themselves with all requirements of the solicitation and to identify any issues in writing to the Procurement Office prior to the site visit. This will be the only opportunity to inspect the facilities prior to award. All questions concerning the RFP resulting from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office as no questions will be answered during the visit. Attendees shall comply with current Calvert County Detention Center security mandates with no exceptions. Each organization shall have no more than three (3) representatives attend the site visit, and each representative shall be required to sign-in on the attendance log.
