Estimated Budget cost $33,673.00 for three (3) year term.
Current contract and cost: All Weather Landscape, $30,990.00.
One time landscape cleanup service $750.00; Monthly landscape maintenance service $765.00; Yearly landscape maintenance service (one-time per year (for ground cover thinning and fertilizing only) $900.00.
