Description:

The work is generally described as providing an upgrade of the City BAS control equipment that will allow integration onto the owners existing network framework to seamlessly monitor all buildings under their system. An Open system design that will allow products from different manufacturers and/or suppliers down to the unit controller level to be integrated into a single unified system in order to provide flexibility for expansion, maintenance, and service of the system. The provided control system shall be an extension of the owner’s existing Niagara 4 framework software.
