Project Description: PCMC is inviting proposals from qualified manufacturers to provide two fully engineered half-through truss (no overhead bracing) bridges of steel construction. The manufacturer shall include design, fabrication, finishing, and transporting the steel truss bridge superstructures, including bearings.
