Description
Sealed bid proposals for the Burke County Animal Shelter Addition in Waynesboro, GA, will be accepted by the Burke County Commission, 602 Liberty Street, P.O. Box 89, Waynesboro, GA 30830, c/o Merv Waldrop, on or before Wednesday, August 6th at 5:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Finance Committee meeting on Thursday, August 7th (time to be determined). The County reserves the right to review all proposals for up to 60 days prior to awarding the contract. A voluntary pre-construction meeting will be held at the Animal Shelter, 485 GA Hwy. 24 South, on Wednesday, July 9th at 3:00 PM. All contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal.
