THE BURKE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS FOR FURNISHING ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR ASPHALT RESURFACING AS DETAILED HEREIN. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL DETAILS AND SPECS. SEALED PROPOSALS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED AND THE PROJECT NAME, ABOVE AS WELL AS THE BIDDERS NAME SHALL BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE. BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE DATE AND TIME OF OPENING. THE COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS, DELETE ROAD SECTIONS AND/OR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS, RE-ADVERTISE AND TO WAIVE MINOR INFORMALITIES.
