Sealed bids will be accepted at the City of Acworth, Office of the City Clerk, located at 4415 Center Street, Acworth, GA 30101, no later that 2:30 p.m. on July 16, 2025 at which time said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Statements of Qualifications are being received for the Historic McCray House, Relocation, Renovation and Improvements Pre-Construction and Construction Manager At-Risk Services Contract. Request for bidder information packets may be made at Acworth City Hall, located at 4415 Center Street, Acworth, GA 30101 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by contacting Jeff Chase at 770-974-8813 or by emailing a request to jchase@acworth-ga.gov. Refer to RFQ Number 2025-04. All bidders must comply with all general and special instructions. All information pertaining to bid number, bid description, bidder and opening date must be listed on the sealed envelope. All sealed bids must be delivered to the address listed above no later than the previously mentioned date and time. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all formalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City.
