Submission: SEALED BIDS for the Construction of the Heber City – Old Mill Village - Project Completion Bond Work will be received by Heber City at 75 North Main, Heber, Utah until 2:00 p.m. MDST, April 16, 2026.
Pre-bid Conference: 3:30 p.m. MDST, April 8, 2026 at Horrocks Engineers 728 West 100 South, Heber City, Utah 84032. Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory
