The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the fabrication and supply of ten Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) composite structures for Brandon Road Lock and Dam, Joliet, Illinois, Des Plaines River.
