Solicitation Summary
Homes for America, Inc. (“HFA”) is a non-profit development organization who is managing member of Homes on the Glen Limited Partnership, Owner of Homes at the Glen (“HATG”, or the “Project”). HATG consists of a total of 56 townhomes located on Juliana Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. Thirty-four of the townhomes are rental homes owned by Homes on the Glen Limited Partnership. HFA is seeking proposals from qualified home improvement contractors to undertake replacement of up to twenty-one (21) townhomes and 1 community room roofs.
