Bidders will be required to sign in indicating that they attended the conference and site visits at all 3 locations. The purpose of this visit is for all prospective bidders to acquaint themselves with the conditions and requirements of each site and of the tasks to be performed at each location. Henderson County Public School will have staff available to discuss the project and answer questions regarding the scope of work. Bidders shall stay for the duration of each site visit. Location: Hillandale Elementary School, 40 Preston Lane, East Flat Rock, NC 28726 Dates: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM (EST)

RFP # 2027-04 - Dukane CareHawk Intercom Systems
Henderson County Public Schools is requesting bids from qualified vendors to replace three (3)
existing Dukane Starcall Intercom Systems with Dukane CareHawk Intercom Systems at three
(3) Elementary Schools.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 10:00 AM - Wednesday, October 21, 2026
Pre-Bid Location: Hillandale Elementary School, 40 Preston Lane, East Flat Rock, NC 28726
