Base Bid work includes a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system (PVC/KEE) for Roof Areas A, B, and D for approximately 83 squares. Base Bid also includes minor repairs/modifications to the TPO roof on Area A1 and granular surface modified bitumen roof on Area C for approximately 16 squares.
