MIA uses the WorldDox software, document management, and Practice Master for case management by the Attorney Generals (AGs). The two software programs are nearing the end of their lifecycle, which poses a serious risk to their ability to manage legal documents and cases effectively and requires an immediate solution.
MIA intends to upgrade to NetDocuments, the newer cloud-based version, as the company phases out its older product, WorldDox, which offers a unified document and case management platform. Specifically designed for legal professionals, NetDocuments enhances efficiency, security, and accessibility, ensuring the AGs can maintain compliance, productivity, and streamlined workflows
