706- PCI Water Treatment Plant UV replacement

Pickaway Correctional Institution operates an on-site wastewater treatment plant that must remain in compliance with Ohio EPA requirements. The current ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system has reached the end of its useful life and must be replaced. This project is time sensitive and must be fully operational no later than May 1, 2026.

Opened round 2 to remove project completion dead line of May 1st, 2026 due to manufacture lead times associated with UV equipment.

Vendors are now required to submit a proposed project schedule identifying their earliest completion timeline.

Vendors must also provide pricing separated by fiscal year (FY26 and FY27) as outlined in the solicitation document.

Fiscal year 2026 present date - June 30th 2026
Fiscal year 2027 July 1st 2026 - June 30th 2027


Offerors will need to review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all of the required documentation via OhioBuys.
