This is a Sources Sought Notice issued in accordance with FAR Part 10 for Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services at the Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO) and Carter Lake Shaft House (CLSH) in Loveland, Colorado.

The requirement includes preventive maintenance, repair services, emergency response, and required testing.
