ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Hinds Community College is seeking unpriced technical proposals for:

Hospital Beds

Bid # 3315

Unpriced bid proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on December 9, 2025, online at

www.hindsccbids.com. Submissions will be evaluated and qualified vendors will be invited to submit priced

bids via reverse auction.

Bidding will be held by online reverse auction on December 15, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. CST.

Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting the website

www.hindsccbids.com. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. Hinds Community College

reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid

packets via addendum.

Prices will only be accepted from approved vendors through the online reverse auction per the bid documents.

Vendors approved to participate in the reverse auction process will be given detailed instructions regarding the

reverse auction once the responses are reviewed.

Hinds Community College reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the pre-

qualification process, reject any and or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities or irregularities in the bids

received, solicit new bids or to choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest to the college. The

Bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HCC from all losses, damages,

expenses, claims, demands, suits and actions brought by any party against HCC as a result of the Bidder’s

failure to comply with the provisions above.
