Summary
The OPI Meat Processing Career Center, located at the Pickaway Correctional Institution, is seeking bids for a preventative maintenance agreement to service all refrigeration units, inlcuding all condensers and unit coolers. This agreement will also include all other repair services as needed to be billed at the contractor's time and material rate. The initial agreement will run through June 30, 2027 with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year terms. |

visually inspecting each unit.
Semi-annual preventative
maintenance services for
condensing units.

Services to include but not limited to: inspection and routine cleaning of
each unit as needed. Make recommendations for any immediate
service/repairs needed.

cycles, and suction accumulators.
