The City of Redwood City seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a new gateless Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) and specified associated enforcement capabilities and static parking information signage for the following garages in Downtown Redwood City: Marshall Street Parking Garage (750 Marshall Street), Jefferson Avenue Parking Garage (850 Jefferson), and Winslow Street Parking Garage (889 Winslow). This project involves demolishing and removing the existing Scheidt and Bachmann gated PARCS, and installing new gateless PARCS, with payment and enforcement based on License Plate Recognition (LPR).
