The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Federal Government Relations Services for the Virginia Railway Express (VRE). The Contractor shall be capable of assisting VRE in assessing the potential opportunities or concerns associated with recent or proposed legislation as well as obtaining support from the U.S. Federal Government for VREâs programs and legislative issues in the adopted VRE Legislative Agenda.
