Sale of Recyclable Lead-Acid Batteries

Truck loads

1. 13 Pallets of lead acid batteries, in 1 truckload to be sold in 1 Lot.

2. Palletized in a DOT compliant manner; shrink wrapped with a layer of corrugated cardboard in-between each layer of batteries.

3. Lot, weight gross - Batteries/pallets – 44,613 pounds (approximate).

4. Lot, weight net – Batteries – 43,963 pounds (approximate).

Financial Terms:

1. Purchaser shall pay all freight costs.

2. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping losses.

3. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup.

4. Half of the payment is due prior to pickup of property and the other half of payment is due to USPFO within 10 after pickup.

5. Certified Check/Money Order shall be made payable to “US Treasury” and sent to the following address:

Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, 10 JUNE 2025. Bids may be emailed (preferred method) to ariel.d.gould.civ@army.mil, delivered in person, or mailed to United States Property & Fiscal Office, Attn: Ariel Gould, 15000 Hwy 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173.
