Sources-Sought Notice
The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for six (6) vital signs monitoring system to replace existing bedside vital signs monitors currently in use.
The required monitors must be capable of measuring, at a minimum, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), pulse rate, oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and temperature, and must be suitable for use in a clinical patient-care environment.
The Government’s current configuration utilizes Welch Allyn Connex® 360 Vital Signs Monitors. Vendors may propose Welch Allyn Connex 360 or functionally equivalent equipment that meets or exceeds the Government’s clinical, operational, and interoperability requirements.
The requirement includes six (6) vital signs monitors with compatible mobile stand mounting, to allow safe transport and point-of-care use within clinical areas.
The scope also includes installation, configuration, integration, and commissioning. Major facility infrastructure upgrades and devices that do not meet the stated functional requirements are outside the scope of this effort.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees Table of size standards | U.S. Small Business Administration>.
