Data Analytics for Short Term Rentals (Street Program)

Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking a qualified Data Engineer & Analytics Consultant (or firm) to deliver a complete end-to-end data analytics solution in support of the STREET program for Community Safety and Bylaw Services. The focus is on integrating all aspects of STR data management, from data acquisition and consolidation, through analysis and insight generation, to visualization and reporting, within the City’s existing Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. This solution will directly support STR monitoring, enforcement actions, policy evaluation, and reporting obligations (including STREF grant reporting), helping the City limit unlawful STRs and mitigate their impacts on housing and affordability.
