Project Description: The City seeks a qualified consulting firm to develop a comprehensive Parks Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The objective is to guide parks and open space planning, development, programming, maintenance, and funding strategies for the next 10 years. The City is seeking a system-wide approach to evaluating parks and open space recreational facilities and amenities in order to develop goals, policies and guidelines along with achievable strategies.
