The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to solicit and negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00030-25-G-6053 on a sole-source basis, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subsection 6.302, with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LMRMS) (CAGE 56232), located in Uniondale, NY, a division of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO). This order will provide reliability maintenance services for the Navigation Subsystem including problem investigation, failure analysis, recommendations and resolution of problems (Hardware, Software, Fleet Doc), configuration management, products and quality assurance and shore facility support. Lockheed Martin is the only known source with the critical experience, expertise, personnel, facilities, and in-depth knowledge required to perform the subject effort.
